With over a decade of experience in set and prop design, flowers were no stranger to me, I regularly visited the London flowers markets to add to my sets for shoots and window displays. I have even designed and implemented three consecutive flower based windows for Marks and Spencer for Chelsea in Bloom over the years.
When I had my little boy and moved out of London in 2018, my career in set design took a natural turn. Unable to work full time, I turned my attention to my other passion - flowers. I wanted a career which would allow me flexible working hours and the ability to work with natural and environmentally friendly materials. Based in Surrey, and uninspired by the local offerings of more traditional bouquets and arrangements, I saw a niche in the market for something different! Flos is inspired by bright, fun, modern and unusual flowers, sourcing only the seasonal best, and where possible British, flowers and foliage. Beautifully packaged and hand arranged with love!
